一、Rules for exhibits：

1. Party a must guarantee that all exhibits, exhibits packaging, publicity materials and other exhibition products can not infringe the intellectual property rights of others. In case of any infringement complaint, Party A shall cooperate with the organizer and the third party of infringement dispute to handle the case in accordance with the "complaint and handling measures for suspected infringement of intellectual property rights".

2. The organizer shall have the right to clear the exhibits of Party A if they are dangerous, illegal and do not meet the exhibition standards, and the expenses incurred shall be borne by Party A.

3. Party A shall not place exhibits beyond the exhibition space, and the organizer shall have the right to impose corresponding punishment in accordance with the provisions.

二、Advertisement：

In case of any infringement of the original manuscript (including text content and pictures) provided by Party A to Party B, Party A shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom. In case of any mistake or omission found after Party A's finalization, Party A shall bear all responsibilities.

三、Safety：

1. Party A entrusts the third-party construction unit to arrange the exhibition. Both parties must sign the construction safety responsibility letter. The fire safety responsibility letter and Party A shall take full responsibility for the safety of the booth.

2. The organizer shall take necessary safety measures according to the exhibition period. The organizer shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of exhibits or other property and personal injury during the exhibition.

3. During the exhibition period, Party A shall not withdraw the exhibition midway, otherwise the organizer has the right to charge a fine.

4. The organizer will fully assist the security work of the exhibition hall, and the organizer will not be responsible for any risks that visitors, exhibitors and exhibits may suffer.

四、Sound：

Party A needs to engage in performing arts activities during the exhibition, and the sound volume must be controlled below 60 dB, otherwise the organizer has the right to terminate the activity.

五、Booth use and publicity materials：

Party A can only display the declared exhibits, and shall not display articles that conflict with the purpose of the exhibition. Party A can only distribute product publicity leaflets within the scope of its own booth, not in the public area of the venue, and shall not post advertisements at will.

六、Special booth：

1. The special booth shall be responsible for the construction and construction cost (including the removal of booth and equipment) within the height and size specified by the sponsor.

2. The construction scheme of Party A's special booth shall be submitted to the organizer for registration 15 days in advance. Without the approval of the organizer, Party A shall not construct without authorization.

3. If Party A fails to enter the site or complete the exhibition arrangement within the specified time, the organizer shall have the right to cancel Party A's participation qualification, and the fees paid by Party A shall not be returned, and the expenses for the demolition of uncompleted construction and the removal and storage of articles shall be paid.

七、Change the exhibition date：

The organizer reserves the right to change the exhibition date due to external factors (important government meetings, serious natural disasters, etc.), and the contract is still valid.

八、Explain：

The organizer reserves the right to interpret, modify and modify the rules. For the purpose of the smooth progress of the exhibition, the organizer may add terms and regulations if necessary.
